1.How can I order a spare part for my machine?

To order a spare part for your machine, please contact Nespresso by phone at 8000 22 33. Our team will check the availability and contact you to arrange the delivery. Delivery charges may apply, alternatively you can collect from your nearest Nespresso Boutique.

2.How can I descale my machine?

To descale your machine, you should purchase the Nespresso descaling kit. The descaling kit is compatible with all Nespresso machines and contains two separate descaling liquids 1 for each descaling use. We recommend descaling your machine at every 600 capsules consumed or once every six months.

3.How do I clean my Aeroccino?

Place the whisk inside the device, fill with fresh water up to the first indication of "max". Then, switch to warm mode. After the stirring is complete, clean with a soft damp cloth. This cleaning method should be followed each use to remove all traces of milk and prevent it from burning.

4.How long does the warranty of my Nespresso machine last?

All model comes with 2 years warranty. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase which shows on the receipt. All model comes with 2 years warranty. During this period, Nespresso will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge to the owner.
This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or other reason beyond Nespresso’s reasonable control, included but not limited to :normal wear and tear, failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, calcium deposits or descaling, connection to improper power supply, unauthorized product modification or repair, fire, lightning, flood, input of dust/fluid/insects or other external causes.

5.How can I recycle my Nespresso capsules?

You can recycle your capsules in one of the following ways:

Hand out the filled recycling bag to our recycling partner ACS courier during the delivery of your order. Currently Box Now & Mobility couriers do not participate in our recycling pick up program.

The volume of capsules collected is transferred to our recycling partner. A specially designed capsule recycling machine separates the coffee from the aluminum, which is then recycled with environmentally friendly technology, for the production of other products. We use aluminum as packaging material for our capsules because it protects the approximately 900 aromas contained in a Nespresso Capsule. Aluminum can be recycled forever without losing its properties whereas coffee is used as agricultural fertilizer. Nespresso covers the cost of this entire trip to and from recycling points and provides the proceeds of the process on a non-profit basis.
