ESPRESSO MACCHIATO

Macchiato refers to ‘staining’ the coffee with a dash of stiff frothed milk placed on the rich, dark crema of the Espresso creating an intensely smooth experience.
 

Ingredients

  • - 40ml Altissio
  • - 20ml Semi-skimmed milk

Method

  1. Froth the milk into the Aeroccino or Barista device.
  2. Brew Altissio into an Espresso glass and spoon a dollop of frothed milk on top of the crema.
  3. serve and enjoy!
