Origin

This 100% Arabica coffee is the result of 20 years of research and development, yielding a unique variety with exceptional sensory qualities.
These plants are grown on micro-lots of AAA farms in the Cauca and Caldas regions of Colombia.

Roasting

This unique coffee is roasted in two separate parts to highlight different bean sizes.
Larger beans are lightly roasted for a smooth texture and lingering taste.
Smaller beans are roasted slightly longer to add mild intensity.
