The first order should take place within the 1st month of the machine purchase. The next 4 orders (2nd order to 5th order) should be placed within 12 months from the date of the first Nespresso Back coffee order.

1. You will need your machine serial number, which is consisted of 19 digits. You will find this on the sticker on the machine’s drip tray or on the package of the machine..
