CAPPUCCINO
As a rule of thumb, a Cappuccino is made of a third Espresso, third hot milk and a third froth. It’s a rich and satisfying drink in which the intensity of the Espresso is mellowed with velvety milk.
Ingredients
- - 80ml Barista Creations Leggero
- - 100ml Semi-skimmed milk
Method
- Froth the milk into the Aeroccino or Barista device. and pour in to a mug.
- Brew Barista Creations Leggero into a Cappuccino glass and pour the frothed milk on top.
