CAPPUCCINO
As a rule of thumb, a Cappuccino is made of a third Espresso, third hot milk and a third froth. It’s a rich and satisfying drink in which the intensity of the Espresso is mellowed with velvety milk.
Ingredients
- - 25ml or 40ml Barista Creations Chairo
- - 60ml Semi-skimmed milk
Method
- Froth your milk using the Aeroccino, or milk device integrated in your Nespresso machine.
- Brew Barista Creations Chiaro into a Cappuccino glass. You can use either a Ristretto (25ml) for a lighter or an Espresso (40ml) if you want a more intense coffee.
- Pour over the frothed milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
