Originating from Australia and New Zealand, the Flat White is a little like a smaller Latte, but with a stronger kick. The perfect Flat White has a velvet microfoam texture and balanced taste. This is best achieved using two smaller, Ristretto shots for a more intense, but creamy smooth drink.


  • - 2 x 25ml Barista Creations Scuro
  • - 60ml Semi-skimmed milk


  1. Brew your two Ristretto-sized shots (2x25ml) of Barista Creations Scuro into a Cappuccino glass.
  2. Heat up your milk using an Aeroccino, or milk device integrated in your Nespresso machine. Pour the textured milk over the coffee.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
