The warranty lasts 2 years and the invoice (or a copy of the invoice) is needed, in order to cover any technical issues.

In order to descale your machine, you should buy the Nespresso descaling kit. This descaling kit is compatible with all Nespresso machines and contains two separate descaling liquids. We recommend one descaling every 600 capsules.

The descaling agent gently eliminates the lime scale that builds up in your machine over time to ensure that your tasting experience is as perfect as the first day. If a repair is required, we offer the following benefits to our Nespresso members:

  • Provide a loan machine for the duration of the repair
  • Fully repair of your machine and a check of all its components. This service is free if the machine is under warranty (following the warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer). Outside the warranty period, our Coffee Specialists will be pleased to inform you about our current flat fees, and/or any other extra repair charges
  • Return of your repaired machine without delivery charge.
  • A 6-month repair warranty extension covering any work carried out.
