MACHINE SUPPORT

To order a spare part for your machine, please contact our Club by phone at our toll-free number 8000 22 33. One of our Coffee Specialists will check with you in order to send you the correct part via courier in the best delay.

In case you need immediate assistance with your machine, please contact our technical assistance service on our free phone number 8000 22 33. Our Assistance Service Team is available every day. We provide troubleshooting for all Nespresso machines, using our in-depth knowledge of the technology to diagnose the problem and assist you in finding the best solution. If a repair is required, we can do the following:

  • Provide a loan machine for the duration of the repair.
  • Fully repair of your machine and a check all its components.

This service is free of charge during the two-year warranty period. Outside the warranty period, our Coffee Specialists will be pleased to inform you about our current flat fees.

Firstly, please place the stirrer inside and fill with fresh water until the first indication of max. Then, switch to warm mode. After the procedure, clean with a soft damp cloth after each use to remove all traces of milk, and prevent it from burning.

One kit contains two doses of descaling product, illustrated manual and the necessary tools.
