A blend of world-class Arabicas from East Africa. Natural and washed Ethiopian beans bring in delicate floral notes, while washed Kenyan beans add a touch of acidity.

Roasting

The Ethiopian Arabicas get a lighter, shorter roast to keep those floral notes alive. A longer, darker roast of the Kenyan coffee adds body to this coffee.
