We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The present Terms of Acceptable Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, and we both agree that the courts of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction and in particular, the Nicosia District Court in case of any dispute or claim arising out or in connection with these Terms.

Nespresso products, materials, offers and information appearing on this website are intended for Cypriot users and/or customers only. Nespresso makes no representation that the products and the content of this website are appropriate or available in locations other than Cyprus. Please contact our local distributor to obtain more information about the products availability in your country. The products appearing in this website are only visual representations and as such are not in their real size, packaging colour etc.

Our contract with you

• Our contract. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the order by you and supply of goods by us to you (Contract). No other terms are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of this dealing.
• Entire agreement. The Contract is the entire agreement between us in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Contract.
• These Terms and the Contract are made only in the English language.

  Placing your order. Please follow the onscreen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the goods specified in the order (Products) subject to these Terms.
  • Correcting input errors. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order [and any specification submitted by you] is complete and accurate.
  • Acknowledging receipt of your order. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described in clause 4.
  • Accepting your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we send the email to you to accept it, at which point the Contract between you and us will come into existence. The Contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
  • If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
    
    Essential conditions
    
    The present general terms: (a) govern all orders and purchases made to Nespresso, in any means whatsoever. In particular for purchases made on the internet, kindly refer to our site for further specific provisions, (b) apply to your participation as member of the Club Nespresso and the provision of Products and Services, (c) may be modified by Nespresso at any time by sending a notice to you or by posting an announcement in the pages that apply to Cyprus on the website www.nespresso.com.cy.

    4.1. You may place your orders for Products and Services in the following manners:

4.2. The minimum coffee packaging contains 10 capsules.

4.3. All orders are subject to the limitations of stock availability. Nespresso shall inform customers as soon as possible of any rupture of stock.

4.5. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse orders, in total or in part, or to request an advance payment of the order value, in case low creditworthiness of the candidate buyer is detected.

• 6 The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products. The color of your Products may vary slightly from those images.4.7 The packaging of your Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
  
  5. Delivery and acceptance (of delivery)
• All delivered Products are accompanied by the appropriate documentation. If an order is intended as a gift, please give us notice in order to gift wrap the product prior to delivery.

• Signing will be requested upon receipt of the product as proof of delivery. If you are not in at the time of delivery, we will leave a note with details to arrange another delivery time.
• Deliveries are made during working days, Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, no deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or Weekends. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods. In any event, orders will be shipped after full confirmation of payment. with deliveries to remote or less accessible areas possibly requiring additional time.
• Delivery is complete once the Products have been unloaded at the address for delivery set out in your order.
• You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including of all applicable delivery charges.
• If we fail to deliver the Products, our liability is limited to the cost of obtaining replacement Products of a similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the price of the Products. However, we will not be liable to the extent that any failure to deliver was caused by an Event Outside Our Control, or because you failed to provide adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of Products.
• If you fail to take delivery within 10 days after the day on which we notified you that the Products were ready for delivery, we may resell part of, or all the Products and after deducting any reasonable storage and selling costs, account to you for any excess over the price of the Products or charge you for any shortfall below the price of the Products.
• If you wish the delivery of Products or Services to be made in a different way than the one provided for by Nespresso, you must communicate such request to Nespresso and if accepted, you shall incur all relative expenses.
  
  
  
  6.Return and Refund
  
  6.1. You have the right to return any merchandise that does not suit you within 14 days following the acceptance of delivery. Any charges for return shall be born by you.
  
  
  6.2. Nespresso accepts only returns of merchandise brand new and in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the relative invoices. In such conditions, Nespresso will reimburse the amount paid for the returned products within 14 days after the reception of said products. Any postage expenses involved for the return of the money shall be at your charge.
  
  
  6.3. You are responsible for verifying the quantity and quality of the merchandise upon delivery and in case of defective merchandise, you must inform Nespresso accordingly within 30 days after the reception of the merchandise. If the product that you have purchased is indeed defective, Nespresso may repair or replace it or reimburse you, in accordance with your legal rights. If you do not inform Nespresso within the aforementioned 14-day deadline, the order is regarded as acceptable.

6.4 To cancel the Contract altogether, you must contact us through email at info@vel.com.cy including your full name and your order number within 1 working day of your order. A link to the website contact form will be included in our Dispatch Confirmation.

• 5 If you have returned the Products to us under this clause 6 because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
• 6 In the unlike scenario that Products have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the Contract as per clause 6.6 above then, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 2 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. You can either send them back or return them to us in-store.
  
  6.7When returns are properly completed, Nespresso shall replace the merchandise returned, if they are proven defective, or reimburse the price paid, within a maximum of 30 days upon the reception of the returned merchandise.
  
  
  7.Price of Products and delivery charges

• The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, please see clause 7.10 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of Products you ordered.
• You will pay the price of the Product and Services that is applicable at the time that the order is placed.
• Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
• The price of Products VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in Cyprus for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
• The invoiced value shall be paid in cash upon delivery of the Products or provision of Services, regardless of the means in which the order was placed (unless credit has been agreed).
• Payment by means of postdated bank cheques is not accepted.
• If the address for the delivery of the products is different than the one mentioned on the invoices, then the invoiced price must be paid prior to delivery.
• The price of the Products does not include delivery charges outside Cyprus. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process before you confirm your order.
• We sell a large number of Products through our site. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you in writing to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. If we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may cancel supply of the Products and refund you any sums you have paid.
• How to pay
  • You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card and bank transfer. We accept the following cards: Visa,Master Card, American Express, Maestro
  • Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will not charge your debit card or credit card until we dispatch your Products.

8.1. When Nespresso receives your coffee order, you automatically become a member of the Nespresso Club.


8.2. Your Nespresso Club Member number is stated in the first invoice that you will receive. In order to serve you better, please keep this number at hand for all your future orders.


8.3. Your participation to the Nespresso Club gives you the right to benefit from special Services proposed, such as receiving information on new products and services offered by our company, participating to competitions, being informed on offers and other advantageous services.


8.4. Your membership to the Nespresso Club cannot be transferred to a third party.


8.5. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details your provide to the Nespresso Club remain up to date.


9. Liability


9.1. We only supply the Products for personal use, and you agree not to use the Products for any resale purposes.

9.2. Nothing in these Terms limits of excludes liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

(c) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9.3. Nespresso shall not be liable—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise—for any of the following losses arising from or in connection with the sales described herein:

• (a) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue.
• (b) loss of business opportunity.
• (c) loss of anticipated savings.
• (d) loss of goodwill; or
• (e) any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of income.

 

9.4. Our total liability to you for all lossess arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, will in no circumstances exceed the price of the Products.

9.5. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not give any representations, warranties or undertakings in relation to the Products. Any representation, condition or warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.

9.6 Some of the Products we sell to you come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the Products.

 

10. Termination

• 1. Without limiting any of our other rights, we may suspend the supply or delivery of the Products to you, or terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to you if:
  • you commit a material breach of any term of the Contract and (if such a breach is remediable) fail to remedy that breach within 30 days of you being notified in writing to do so;
  • you fail to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment;

10.2. Termination of the Contract shall not affect your or our rights and remedies that have accrued as at termination.

10.3. Any provision of the Contract that expressly or by implication is intended to come into or continue in force on or after the termination shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Events outside our control

• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the Contract that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (Event Outside Our Control).
• If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract:
  • we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
  • our obligations under the Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
• You may cancel the Contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return at our cost any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.

12. Personal Data Protection
    
    Nespresso does not disclose or transfer any of your personal data to third parties and strictly abides by relative Regulation and laws on personal data protection. Our company’s policy on personal data protection has been posted on our website

    14. General
    • Assignment and transfer.

• We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another entity but will always notify you by posting on this webpage if this happens.
• You may only assign or transfer your rights or your obligations under the Contract to another person if we agree in writing.
  • Any variation of the Contract only has effect if it is in writing and signed by you and us (or our respective authorized representatives).
  • If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under the Contract, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive any rights, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any right related to any later default by you.
  • Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  • Third party rights. The Contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  • Governing law and jurisdiction. This Contract is governed by Cyprus Law and each party irrevocably agrees to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus Courts and in particular of Nicosia District Court.
    
    
    
    

    NESPRESSO CYPRUS – DELIVERY & PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    These Delivery & Promotional Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Conditions of Sale Policy, which apply to all purchases.

    "Corporate Customers" refers to businesses, including but not limited to Hotels, Offices, and HORECA clients, that purchase in bulk or for business use and are subject to a separate commercial policy.

    "Promotional Period" refers to the specific timeframe in which a promotional offer is valid, as defined for each individual promotion.

    "Eligible Purchases" refers to the acquisition of qualifying Nespresso products that meet the criteria outlined in each promotional offer, including but not limited to Original Capsules or Nespresso Machines.

    "Customer" refers to the individual purchaser who is not making the purchase on behalf of a business entity or for resale.

    "Boutiques" refers to physical Nespresso retail locations within Cyprus.

    "E-commerce Platform" refers to the official Nespresso Cyprus website: www.nespresso.com.cy.

      DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES & CONDITIONS

• • Orders placed via the e-commerce platform, call center, or boutiques are processed within 24 hours of receipt on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow additional time for orders placed on or around public holidays or during promotional/sale periods. In all cases, orders will be dispatched only after full payment has been confirmed. Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may require additional time.

    Delivery Methods:

    1. Box Now Locker Delivery
    • Delivered within 24 hours if order is placed before 11:00 AM the previous day.
    • Available via Box Now locker stations.
    • Cost: €2.00
    • Free delivery on orders of 200 Original Capsules or more.
    1. ACS Courier Delivery
    • Delivered within 48 hours.
    • Used only when Box Now or Fetch delivery is not available.
    • Cost: €5.50
    • Free delivery on orders of 500 Original Capsules or more.

    Delayed Deliveries: In the event of a delay Nespresso shall not be held liable for delays resulting from external factors such as Force Majeure and such as strikes, extreme weather, or courier disruptions.

    Weekend and Holiday Deliveries: Delivery services are not available on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following working day.

These Terms and Conditions regarding the Original Line Always-On Promotional Offer (July – December 2026) provided by Vassos Eliades Ltd for Nespresso Original Machine. The offer is for 30% discount on a Nespresso Original Line machine valid from 01/07/2026 until 31/12/2026, subject to the terms below.
These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Combined Offer for 30 Nespresso Original coffee capsules free of charge, upon purchase of one (1) sleeve of any Nespresso Original coffee variety, subject to the terms and redemption requirements set out below.
1. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
1.1
Purchase a Nespresso Original Machine through the channels mentioned in clause 3, during the promotional period and get a 30% discount off the original retail price (“Main Offer”).
1.2 The Main Offer can be combined with an additional offer. When purchasing a Nespresso Original machine and subject to purchasing one (1) sleeve of any Nespresso Original coffee variety, you are entitled to receive three (3) sleeves of Nespresso Original coffee capsules free of charge (“Combined Offer”) subject to these Terms.
2.PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2.1 The Main Offer is valid from 01/07/2026 until 31/12/2026 and shall be valid while stocks last.
2.2. The Combined Offer is valid if the purchase of the Nespresso Original coffee capsules sleeve is made within one month from the date of purchase stated on the invoice of the Main Offer and subject to the terms below.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Main Offer promotion applies exclusively to Nespresso Original Line machines for purchases made only at the physical and online stores of participating resellers collaborating with Nespresso / Vassos Eliades Ltd in Cyprus. For further information regarding participating authorized resellers, customers may contact the Nespresso Call Centre at 8000 22 33 or via email at info@nespresso.com.cy.
3.2 The Combined Offer may be redeemed in accordance with clause 4 below.
3.3 The Main Offer shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) machines per person. Accordingly, the Combined Offer shall be limited to one redemption per eligible Nespresso Original machine purchased under the Main Offer, up to a maximum of three (3) redemptions per person.
3.4 Both offers can be redeemed only in the country of purchase, which in this case is Cyprus.
3.5 Employees of Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
3.6For corporate customers (Offices & HORECA) wishing to purchase more than three (3) machines, a different commercial policy applies. For further information, please contact the Nespresso Call Centre at 8000 22 33 (free of charge).
4. COMBINED OFFER REDEMPTION:
4.1 To redeem the Combined Offer, and subject to clause 2.2, the customer must purchase one (1) sleeve of any Nespresso Original coffee variety and present the original receipt for the purchase of the Nespresso Original machine, together with the machine serial number (the 19-digit serial number located on the machine box).
4.2 The Coffee Capsule Gift Offer redemption is available only through official Nespresso channels, namely Nespresso Boutiques or Nespresso Call Centre (8000 22 33).
4.3The customer upon redemption of the combined offer is entitled to receive 30 selected Nespresso Original coffee capsules, comprising the following three (3) sleeves:
•Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano – 10 capsules
•Ispirazione Roma – 10 capsules
•Volluto – 10 capsules
4.4No other Nespresso coffee capsule varieties, Limited Editions or seasonal coffee capsules are eligible as part of this promotion. The coffee capsules cannot be exchanged with other coffee varieties.
4.5The 30 capsules offered as a gift cannot be exchanged or replaced with cash, credit or any other Nespresso product.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Orders already confirmed by the Company prior to such amendment or termination will not be affected.
6.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. For purchases made through the Call Center or online (distance contracts), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason and without any charge, other than the direct cost of returning the goods.
6.2. The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Vassos Eliades Ltd of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
6.4. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in respect of the Machine and has already redeemed the Combined Offer, the retail value of the three (3) sleeves of Nespresso Original coffee capsules received will be reduced from the refund.
6.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made directly at Nespresso Boutiques and the physical stores of the participating resellers.
6.6. The products mentioned in these Terms and Conditions may, where applicable, fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided under the Consumer Protection Law of 2021.
Therefore, we will not accept any returns for items that fall within the following categories of goods:
- Food, Beverages, or other Goods intended for immediate consumption within the household, which are regularly and frequently delivered to your home, residence, or workplace.
- sealed Goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery
- Goods that are sensitive and can deteriorate or have a short shelf life.
- any Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance and use of the discount.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
8.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of any purchase and to request proof of purchase and identification.
8.2. Vassos Eliades Ltd further reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
9. ERRORS
9.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be responsible for any typographical, technical or printing errors in promotional materials or communication relating to this promotion.
9.2. In the event of such error, Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to correct the error and amend these Terms & Conditions accordingly.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this promotion where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or technical failures.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, designs and promotional materials associated with this promotion, are the exclusive property of their respective owners, including Nespresso and/or Vassos Eliades Ltd.
11.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting any participant any license, right or interest in or to such intellectual property rights.
11.3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
12. DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
12.1 Vassos Eliades Ltd (on behalf of Nespresso) informs you that as the data controller will process all personal data collected through the present promotion in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy policy of Vassos Eliades Ltd which is available online at http://www.nespresso.com.cy. All data collected will be retained in accordance with the designed retention period. Within the Privacy Policy you may find among others information on how your personal data is being processed and how you can exercise your rights as data subjects.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
13.1. This promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
13.2. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
13.3. If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any competent court or authority, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
14. CLARIFICATIONS:
•This offer applies exclusively to Nespresso Original Line machines. Nespresso Vertuo machines are excluded from this offer.
•These offers cannot be combined with any other promotion.
•These offers are not valid for Machine purchases from Nespresso Boutiques, the Nespresso Call Centre, or the Nespresso website (nespresso.com.cy).



ΜΕΤΑΠΩΛΗΤΕΣ- ΟΡΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΜΗΧΑΝΗ NESPRESSO ORIGINAL
ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑ ORIGINAL LINE ALWAYS-ON (ΙΟΥΛΙΟΣ – ΔΕΚΕΜΒΡΙΟΣ 2026)
ΠΡΟΟΙΜΙΟ
Οι παρόντες Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις αφορούν την Προωθητική Ενέργεια Original Line Always-On (Ιούλιος – Δεκέμβριος 2026), η οποία παρέχεται από την εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd για μηχανές Nespresso Original. Η προσφορά αφορά έκπτωση 30% επί της αρχικής τιμής μηχανής Nespresso Original Line και ισχύει από 01/07/2026 έως και 31/12/2026, σύμφωνα με τους πιο κάτω όρους.
Οι παρόντες Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις ισχύουν επίσης για τη Συνδυαστική Προσφορά των τριάντα (30) δωρεάν καψουλών καφέ Nespresso Original, κατόπιν αγοράς μίας (1) συσκευασίας οποιασδήποτε ποικιλίας καφέ Nespresso Original, σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις εξαργύρωσης που αναφέρονται πιο κάτω.
1. ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΕΣ:
1.1Με την αγορά μηχανής Nespresso Original μέσω των καναλιών που αναφέρονται στο άρθρο 3, κατά τη διάρκεια της περιόδου ισχύος της προωθητικής ενέργειας, ο καταναλωτής δικαιούται έκπτωση 30% επί της αρχικής τιμής λιανικής πώλησης («Κύρια Προσφορά»).
1.2 Η Κύρια Προσφορά μπορεί να συνδυαστεί με επιπρόσθετη προσφορά. Με την αγορά μηχανής Nespresso Original και υπό την προϋπόθεση αγοράς μίας (1) συσκευασίας οποιασδήποτε ποικιλίας καφέ Nespresso Original, ο καταναλωτής δικαιούται να λάβει δωρεάν τρεις (3) συσκευασίες καψουλών καφέ Nespresso Original («Συνδυαστική Προσφορά»), σύμφωνα με τους παρόντες Όρους.
2.ΠΕΡΙΟΔΟΣ ΙΣΧΥΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑΣ
2.1 Η Κύρια Προσφορά ισχύει από 01/07/2026 έως και 31/12/2026 και ισχύει μέχρι εξαντλήσεως των αποθεμάτων.
2.2. Η Συνδυαστική Προσφορά ισχύει εφόσον η αγορά της συσκευασίας καψουλών καφέ Nespresso Original πραγματοποιηθεί εντός ενός (1) μηνός από την ημερομηνία αγοράς που αναγράφεται στην απόδειξη/τιμολόγιο της Κύριας Προσφοράς και σύμφωνα με τους πιο κάτω όρους.
3. ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ
3.1. Η Κύρια Προσφορά εφαρμόζεται αποκλειστικά σε μηχανές Nespresso Original Line που αγοράζονται από τα φυσικά και ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα των συμμετεχόντων εξουσιοδοτημένων μεταπωλητών που συνεργάζονται με τη Nespresso / Vassos Eliades Ltd στην Κύπρο. Για περισσότερες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τους συμμετέχοντες εξουσιοδοτημένους μεταπωλητές, οι καταναλωτές μπορούν να επικοινωνούν με το Nespresso Call Centre στο 8000 22 33 ή μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στη διεύθυνση info@nespresso.com.cy.
3.2 Η Συνδυαστική Προσφορά δύναται να εξαργυρωθεί σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα στο Άρθρο 4 πιο κάτω.
3.3 Η Κύρια Προσφορά περιορίζεται σε μέγιστο αριθμό τριών (3) μηχανών ανά άτομο. Κατά συνέπεια, η Συνδυαστική Προσφορά περιορίζεται σε μία (1) εξαργύρωση για κάθε επιλέξιμη μηχανή Nespresso Original που αγοράζεται στο πλαίσιο της Κύριας Προσφοράς, με μέγιστο
αριθμό τριών (3) εξαργυρώσεων ανά άτομο.
3.4 Και οι δύο προσφορές δύνανται να εξαργυρωθούν αποκλειστικά στη χώρα αγοράς της μηχανής, η οποία στην παρούσα περίπτωση είναι η Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία.
3.5 Οι εργαζόμενοι της εταιρείας Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν δικαιούνται να συμμετάσχουν στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια.
3.6Για εταιρικούς πελάτες (Offices & HORECA) που επιθυμούν να αγοράσουν περισσότερες από τρεις (3) μηχανές, εφαρμόζεται διαφορετική εμπορική πολιτική. Για περισσότερες πληροφορίες, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε με το Nespresso Call Centre στο 8000 22 33 (χωρίς χρέωση).
4. ΕΞΑΡΓΥΡΩΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΣΥΝΔΥΑΣΤΙΚΗΣ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑΣ:
4.1 Για την εξαργύρωση της Συνδυαστικής Προσφοράς και υπό την επιφύλαξη του Άρθρου 2.2, ο καταναλωτής πρέπει να αγοράσει μία (1) συσκευασία οποιασδήποτε ποικιλίας καφέ Nespresso Original και να προσκομίσει την πρωτότυπη απόδειξη αγοράς της μηχανής Nespresso Original, μαζί με τον σειριακό αριθμό της μηχανής (τον 19-ψήφιο σειριακό αριθμό που αναγράφεται στη συσκευασία της μηχανής).
4.2 Η εξαργύρωση της προσφοράς δωρεάν καψουλών καφέ είναι διαθέσιμη αποκλειστικά μέσω των επίσημων καναλιών της Nespresso, ήτοι μέσω των Nespresso Boutiques ή του Nespresso Call Centre (8000 22 33).
4.3Με την εξαργύρωση της Συνδυαστικής Προσφοράς, ο καταναλωτής δικαιούται να λάβει τριάντα (30) επιλεγμένες κάψουλες καφέ Nespresso Original, οι οποίες αντιστοιχούν στις ακόλουθες τρεις (3) συσκευασίες:
•Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano – 10 κάψουλες
•Ispirazione Roma – 10 κάψουλες
•Volluto – 10 κάψουλες
4.4Καμία άλλη ποικιλία καφέ Nespresso, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Limited Editions ή των εποχιακών ποικιλιών καφέ, δεν περιλαμβάνεται στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια. Οι κάψουλες καφέ που προσφέρονται στο πλαίσιο της προσφοράς δεν μπορούν να ανταλλαγούν με άλλες ποικιλίες καφέ.
4.5Οι τριάντα (30) κάψουλες καφέ που προσφέρονται ως δώρο δεν μπορούν να ανταλλαγούν ή να αντικατασταθούν με μετρητά, πίστωση ή οποιοδήποτε άλλο προϊόν Nespresso.
5. ΓΕΝΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ
5.1. Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει, αναστείλει ή τερματίσει την προωθητική ενέργεια οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία. Παραγγελίες που έχουν ήδη επιβεβαιωθεί από την Εταιρεία πριν από την εν λόγω τροποποίηση ή τερματισμό δεν θα επηρεάζονται.
6.ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΥΠΑΝΑΧΩΡΗΣΗΣ
6.1. Για αγορές που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω του Nespresso Call Centre ή μέσω διαδικτύου (συμβάσεις εξ αποστάσεως), ο καταναλωτής δικαιούται να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση
εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών, χωρίς να απαιτείται αιτιολόγηση και χωρίς οποιαδήποτε επιβάρυνση, πέραν του άμεσου κόστους επιστροφής των προϊόντων.
6.2. Η προθεσμία υπαναχώρησης λήγει μετά την πάροδο δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερών από την ημερομηνία κατά την οποία ο καταναλωτής ή τρίτο πρόσωπο που έχει υποδείξει, εκτός του μεταφορέα, αποκτά τη φυσική κατοχή των προϊόντων.
6.3. Για την άσκηση του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης, ο καταναλωτής οφείλει να ενημερώσει την εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd για την απόφασή του να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση με σαφή δήλωση (ενδεικτικά μέσω επιστολής ταχυδρομικώς ή μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου).
6.4. Σε περίπτωση που ο καταναλωτής ασκήσει το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης αναφορικά με τη μηχανή και έχει ήδη εξαργυρώσει τη Συνδυαστική Προσφορά, η λιανική αξία των τριών (3) συσκευασιών καψουλών καφέ Nespresso Original που έλαβε θα αφαιρείται από το ποσό της επιστροφής χρημάτων.
6.5. Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης δεν εφαρμόζεται σε αγορές που πραγματοποιούνται απευθείας από Nespresso Boutiques ή από τα φυσικά καταστήματα των συμμετεχόντων μεταπωλητών.
6.6. Τα προϊόντα που αναφέρονται στους παρόντες Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις ενδέχεται, κατά περίπτωση, να εμπίπτουν στις εξαιρέσεις του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης που προβλέπονται από τον περί Προστασίας του Καταναλωτή Νόμο του 2021. Ως εκ τούτου, δεν γίνονται αποδεκτές επιστροφές προϊόντων που εμπίπτουν στις ακόλουθες κατηγορίες:
- Τρόφιμα, ποτά ή άλλα αγαθά που προορίζονται για άμεση κατανάλωση στο νοικοκυριό και παραδίδονται τακτικά και συχνά στην οικία, κατοικία ή τον χώρο εργασίας του καταναλωτή.
- Σφραγισμένα προϊόντα τα οποία δεν είναι κατάλληλα για επιστροφή για λόγους προστασίας της υγείας ή υγιεινής και τα οποία έχουν αποσφραγιστεί μετά την παράδοσή τους.
- Προϊόντα ευαίσθητα στη φθορά ή προϊόντα με σύντομη διάρκεια ζωής.
- Προϊόντα τα οποία, μετά την παράδοσή τους, έχουν αναμειχθεί αδιαχώριστα με άλλα αγαθά.
7. ΠΕΡΙΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΗΣ
7.1. Στον μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε έμμεση, παρεπόμενη, επακόλουθη ή ειδική ζημία ή απώλεια που προκύπτει από ή σχετίζεται με τη συμμετοχή στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια ή με την αποδοχή και χρήση της έκπτωσης.
7.2. Καμία διάταξη των παρόντων Όρων και Προϋποθέσεων δεν αποκλείει ή περιορίζει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη η οποία, σύμφωνα με τον νόμο, δεν δύναται να αποκλειστεί ή να περιοριστεί.
8. ΕΠΑΛΗΘΕΥΣΗ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΟΚΛΕΙΣΜΟΣ
8.1. Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να επαληθεύει την εγκυρότητα οποιασδήποτε αγοράς και να ζητά αποδεικτικά στοιχεία αγοράς και ταυτοποίησης.
8.2. Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί επίσης το δικαίωμα να αποκλείσει οποιονδήποτε συμμετέχοντα σε περίπτωση υποψίας απάτης, κατάχρησης, χειραγώγησης της προωθητικής ενέργειας ή παραβίασης των παρόντων Όρων και Προϋποθέσεων.
9. ΛΑΘΗ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΑΛΕΙΨΕΙΣ
9.1. Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τυχόν τυπογραφικά, τεχνικά ή εκτυπωτικά λάθη σε διαφημιστικό υλικό ή σε επικοινωνίες που σχετίζονται με την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια.
9.2. Σε περίπτωση τέτοιου λάθους, η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να διορθώσει το λάθος και να τροποποιήσει αναλόγως τους παρόντες Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις.
10. ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ ΒΙΑ
10.1. Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε αδυναμία ή καθυστέρηση εκπλήρωσης των υποχρεώσεών της στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας προωθητικής ενέργειας, όταν αυτή οφείλεται σε περιστάσεις πέραν του εύλογου ελέγχου της, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά κυβερνητικών μέτρων, διαταραχών στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα, απεργιών ή τεχνικών βλαβών.
11. ΠΝΕΥΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΣΙΑ
11.1. Όλα τα δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά των εμπορικών σημάτων, εμπορικών επωνυμιών, λογοτύπων, ονομασιών προϊόντων, σχεδίων και διαφημιστικού υλικού που σχετίζονται με την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια, αποτελούν αποκλειστική ιδιοκτησία των αντίστοιχων δικαιούχων τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Nespresso και/ή της Vassos Eliades Ltd.
11.2. Καμία διάταξη των παρόντων Όρων και Προϋποθέσεων δεν ερμηνεύεται ως παραχώρηση οποιασδήποτε άδειας, δικαιώματος ή συμφέροντος επί των εν λόγω δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας προς οποιονδήποτε συμμετέχοντα.
11.3. Οποιαδήποτε μη εξουσιοδοτημένη χρήση, αναπαραγωγή ή διανομή των εν λόγω δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας απαγορεύεται αυστηρά.
12. ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ:
12.1 Η εταιρεία Vassos Eliades Ltd (εκ μέρους της Nespresso) σας ενημερώνει ότι, ως Υπεύθυνος Επεξεργασίας, θα επεξεργάζεται όλα τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που συλλέγονται στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας προωθητικής ενέργειας σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Γενικού Κανονισμού Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΕΕ) 2016/679 και την Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Vassos Eliades Ltd, η οποία είναι διαθέσιμη διαδικτυακά στη διεύθυνση http://www.nespresso.com.cy. Όλα τα προσωπικά δεδομένα που συλλέγονται θα διατηρούνται σύμφωνα με την εκάστοτε ισχύουσα περίοδο διατήρησης δεδομένων. 13. ΕΦΑΡΜΟΣΤΕΟ ΔΙΚΑΙΟ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΔΟΣΙΑ
13.1. Η παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια και οι παρόντες Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις διέπονται και ερμηνεύονται σύμφωνα με τους νόμους της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
13.2. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά προκύψει σε σχέση με την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια υπάγεται στην αποκλειστική δικαιοδοσία των δικαστηρίων της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
13.3. Σε περίπτωση που οποιοσδήποτε όρος ή διάταξη των παρόντων Όρων και
Προϋποθέσεων κριθεί άκυρος, παράνομος ή ανεφάρμοστος από αρμόδιο δικαστήριο ή άλλη αρμόδια αρχή, η εν λόγω ακυρότητα δεν επηρεάζει την εγκυρότητα και εκτελεστότητα των υπόλοιπων όρων, οι οποίοι παραμένουν σε πλήρη ισχύ και εφαρμογή.
14. ΔΙΕΥΚΡΙΝΙΣΕΙΣ:
•Η παρούσα προσφορά ισχύει αποκλειστικά για μηχανές Nespresso Original Line. Οι μηχανές Nespresso Vertuo εξαιρούνται από την παρούσα προσφορά.
•Οι παρούσες προσφορές δεν συνδυάζονται με οποιαδήποτε άλλη προωθητική ενέργεια.
•Οι παρούσες προσφορές δεν ισχύουν για αγορές μηχανών που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω των Nespresso Boutiques, του Nespresso Call Centre ή της ιστοσελίδας της Nespresso (nespresso.com.cy).

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE NESPRESSO Mixologist glasses PROMOTIONAL OFFER  JULY 2026

PREAMBLE
These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotional offer for 2 free Nespresso Yuzu Ice cube Trays with the purchase of 100 Original or 80 Vertuo capsules, valid from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026.

 

1. PROMOTIONAL OFFER

1.1. Free 2x Nespresso Mixologist glasses with the purchase of 150 Original or 80 Vertuo capsules.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2.1. The promotion shall be valid from 7 July 2026 until 31 July 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”) and shall be valid while stocks last.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. The promotion applies exclusively to purchases of Nespresso coffee capsules as exclusively mentioned in clause 1.1. made from the Nespresso Call Centre, the Nespresso website (nespresso.com.cy)  or Nespresso boutiques in Cyprus

3.2. The offer shall be limited to a maximum of three (6) Mixologist glasses  per person.

3.3. The promotion may be redeemed solely in the country of purchase, namely the Republic of Cyprus.

3.4. Employees of Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be eligible to participate in this promotion.

3.5. Corporate customers (Offices & HORECA) wishing to purchase more than three (3) shall be subject to a separate commercial policy and are invited to contact the Nespresso Call Centre for further information.

4. REDEMPTION

4.1. Customers who purchase any of the participating capsules during the Promotional Period shall be entitled to receive the free Nespresso Mixologist glasses  during purchase made at:

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

5.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Orders already confirmed by the Company prior to such amendment or termination will not be affected.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. For purchases made through the Call Center or the website www.nespresso.com.cy (distance contracts), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any reason and without any charge, other than the direct cost of returning the goods.

6.2. The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Vassos Eliades Ltd of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).

6.4. In the event of withdrawal, the customer must also return the gift (Nespresso Yuzu Ice cube Trays), or its retail value will be deducted.

6.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made directly at Nespresso Boutiques.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance and use of the promotional offer.

7.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

 

8. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

8.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of any purchase and to request proof of purchase and identification.

8.2. Vassos Eliades Ltd further reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation of the promotion or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. ERRORS

In the event of typographical, technical or printing errors in promotional materials or communication relating to this promotion, Vassos Eliades Ltd reserves the right to correct the error and amend these Terms & Conditions accordingly. If such error affects an order already placed, the Company shall work in good faith to address the matter.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

10.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this promotion where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictive measures, disruptions in the supply chain, strikes, or technical failures.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, designs and promotional materials associated with this promotion, are the exclusive property of their respective owners, including Nespresso and/or Vassos Eliades Ltd.

11.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as granting any participant any license, right or interest in or to such intellectual property rights.

11.3. Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12. DATA PROTECTION

12.1. Vassos Eliades Ltd (on behalf of Nespresso), as data controller, shall process any personal data collected in connection with this promotion in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the applicable Privacy Policy available at www.nespresso.com.cy.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. This promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

13.2. Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

13.3. If any term or provision of these Terms and  Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any competent court or authority, such invalidity shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

ΠΡΟΟΙΜΙΟ

Οι παρόντες όροι και προϋποθέσεις αφορούν την προωθητική προσφορά των Mixologist glasses  με ισχύ από την 7^η Ιουλίου 2026 έως και την 31^η  Ιουλίου 2026.

 

ΠΡΟΩΘΗΤΙΚΗ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑ
1.1. Έκπτωση δωρεάν 2  Nespresso Mixologist glasses  με την αγορά 150 καψουλών Original ή  80 καψουλών Vertuo

1. ΠΕΡΙΟΔΟΣ ΠΡΟΩΘΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΕΝΕΡΓΕΙΑΣ
   2.1. Η προωθητική ενέργεια θα ισχύει από την 1^η  Ιουλίου 2026 έως και την 31^η   Ιουλίου 2026, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ημερομηνιών αυτών (η «Περίοδος Προωθητικής Ενέργειας») και θα ισχύει μέχρι εξαντλήσεως των αποθεμάτων.
2. ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ
   3.1. Η προωθητική ενέργεια ισχύει αποκλειστικά για αγορές καψουλών καφέ Nespresso , όπως αναφέρονται αποκλειστικά στον όρο 1.1., οι οποίες πραγματοποιούνται από το Nespresso Call Centre, την ιστοσελίδα της Nespresso (nespresso.com.cy) και τις Νespresso boutiques στην Κύπρο.
   
   3.2. Η προσφορά περιορίζεται σε μέγιστο αριθμό τριών (6) Mixologist glasses  ανά άτομο.
   3.3. Η προωθητική ενέργεια μπορεί να εξαργυρωθεί αποκλειστικά στη χώρα αγοράς, δηλαδή στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία.
   3.4. Οι εργαζόμενοι της Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν δικαιούνται να συμμετάσχουν στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια.
   3.5. Εταιρικοί πελάτες (Γραφεία & HORECA) που επιθυμούν να αγοράσουν περισσότερες από τρεις (3) συσκευές θα υπόκεινται σε ξεχωριστή εμπορική πολιτική και καλούνται να επικοινωνήσουν με το Nespresso Call Centre για περισσότερες πληροφορίες.
3. ΕΞΑΡΓΥΡΩΣΗ
   4.1. Οι πελάτες που αγοράζουν οποιαδήποτε από τις συμμετέχουσες καψουλες καφέ κατά τη διάρκεια της Περιόδου Προωθητικής Ενέργειας θα δικαιούνται να λάβουν την έκπτωση κατά την αγορά που πραγματοποιείται μέσω:
   α) Της ιστοσελίδας της Nespresso (www.nespresso.com.cy) 
   
   
   ΓΕΝΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ
   5.1. Η Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει, να αναστείλει ή να τερματίσει την προωθητική ενέργεια οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία. Παραγγελίες που έχουν ήδη επιβεβαιωθεί από την Εταιρεία πριν από την εν λόγω τροποποίηση ή τον τερματισμό δεν θα επηρεαστούν.
4. ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΥΠΑΝΑΧΩΡΗΣΗΣ
   6.1. Για αγορές που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω του Call Center ή της ιστοσελίδας www.nespresso.com.cy (συμβάσεις εξ αποστάσεως), ο καταναλωτής έχει το δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών, χωρίς να αναφέρει οποιονδήποτε λόγο και χωρίς καμία χρέωση, πέραν του άμεσου κόστους επιστροφής των προϊόντων.
   6.2. Η περίοδος υπαναχώρησης λήγει δεκατέσσερις ημέρες από την ημέρα κατά την οποία ο καταναλωτής ή τρίτο πρόσωπο που έχει οριστεί από αυτόν, εκτός του μεταφορέα, αποκτά τη φυσική κατοχή των προϊόντων.
   6.3. Για την άσκηση του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης, ο καταναλωτής πρέπει να ενημερώσει τη Vassos Eliades Ltd για την απόφασή του να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση μέσω σαφούς δήλωσης (π.χ. επιστολή που αποστέλλεται ταχυδρομικώς ή μέσω e-mail).
   6.4. Σε περίπτωση υπαναχώρησης, η έκπτωση που εφαρμόστηκε κατά την αγορά θα αφαιρείται από το ποσό επιστροφής, υπό την προϋπόθεση ότι η προωθητική προσφορά απαιτεί την ολοκλήρωση της αγοράς.
   6.5. Το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης δεν ισχύει για αγορές που πραγματοποιούνται απευθείας από τις Nespresso Boutiques.
5. ΠΕΡΙΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΕΥΘΥΝΗΣ
   7.1. Στον μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, η Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε έμμεση, παρεπόμενη, επακόλουθη ή ειδική απώλεια ή ζημιά που προκύπτει από ή σε σχέση με τη συμμετοχή στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια ή την αποδοχή και χρήση της έκπτωσης.
   7.2. Κανένας όρος των παρόντων Όρων & Προϋποθέσεων δεν αποκλείει ή περιορίζει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη η οποία δεν μπορεί νόμιμα να αποκλειστεί ή να περιοριστεί.
6. ΕΠΑΛΗΘΕΥΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΟΚΛΕΙΣΜΟΣ
   8.1. Η Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να επαληθεύσει την εγκυρότητα οποιασδήποτε αγοράς και να ζητήσει απόδειξη αγοράς και ταυτοποίηση.
   8.2. Η Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί επίσης το δικαίωμα να αποκλείσει οποιονδήποτε συμμετέχοντα σε περίπτωση υποψίας απάτης, κατάχρησης, χειραγώγησης της προωθητικής ενέργειας ή παραβίασης των παρόντων Όρων & Προϋποθέσεων.
7. ΣΦΑΛΜΑΤΑ
   Σε περίπτωση τυπογραφικών, τεχνικών ή εκτυπωτικών σφαλμάτων στο προωθητικό υλικό ή στην επικοινωνία που αφορά την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια, η Vassos Eliades Ltd διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να διορθώσει το σφάλμα και να τροποποιήσει αναλόγως τους παρόντες Όρους & Προϋποθέσεις. Εάν το εν λόγω σφάλμα επηρεάζει παραγγελία που έχει ήδη υποβληθεί, η Εταιρεία θα ενεργήσει καλόπιστα για τη διευθέτηση του ζητήματος.
8. ΑΝΩΤΕΡΑ ΒΙΑ
   10.1. Η Vassos Eliades Ltd δεν φέρει ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε αδυναμία ή καθυστέρηση στην εκτέλεση των υποχρεώσεών της στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας προωθητικής ενέργειας, όταν η εν λόγω αδυναμία ή καθυστέρηση οφείλεται σε γεγονός ανωτέρας βίας, όπως ενδεικτικά φυσικές καταστροφές, κυβερνητικά περιοριστικά μέτρα, διαταραχές στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα, απεργία ή τεχνικές βλάβες.
9. ΠΝΕΥΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΣΙΑ
   11.1. Όλα τα δικαιώματα πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά εμπορικών σημάτων, εμπορικών ονομασιών, λογοτύπων, ονομασιών προϊόντων, σχεδίων και προωθητικού υλικού που σχετίζονται με την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια, αποτελούν αποκλειστική ιδιοκτησία των αντίστοιχων δικαιούχων τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της Nespresso και/ή της Vassos Eliades Ltd.
   11.2. Κανένας όρος των παρόντων Όρων & Προϋποθέσεων δεν θα ερμηνεύεται ως παραχώρηση σε οποιονδήποτε συμμετέχοντα οποιασδήποτε άδειας, δικαιώματος ή συμφέροντος επί ή σε σχέση με τα εν λόγω δικαιώματα διανοητικής ιδιοκτησίας.
   11.3. Οποιαδήποτε μη εξουσιοδοτημένη χρήση, αναπαραγωγή ή διανομή δικαιωμάτων διανοητικής ιδιοκτησίας απαγορεύεται αυστηρά.
10. ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ
    12.1. Η Vassos Eliades Ltd (εκ μέρους της Nespresso), ως υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας δεδομένων, επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά δεδομένα τα οποία συλλέγονται για τους σκοπούς της παρούσας προωθητικής ενέργειας σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2016/679 (Γενικός Κανονισμός για την Προστασία Δεδομένων) και την ισχύουσα Πολιτική Απορρήτου που είναι διαθέσιμη στην ιστοσελίδα www.nespresso.com.cy.
11. ΕΦΑΡΜΟΣΤΕΟ ΔΙΚΑΙΟ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΔΟΣΙΑ
    13.1. Η παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια και οι παρόντες Όροι & Προϋποθέσεις διέπονται από και ερμηνεύονται σύμφωνα με τους νόμους της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
    13.2. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά προκύψει σε σχέση με την παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια θα υπόκειται στην αποκλειστική δικαιοδοσία των δικαστηρίων της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
    13.3.
