An organic Arabica from the remote Tolima region of Colombia

Beneath its creamy crema texture, Colombia Organic sings with an enticing toasted cereal character in harmony with this origin’s classic red fruit note. Farmers in the Tolima region cultivate their coffee according to strict organic practices, stewarding their land and coffee crop for the generationsto come.

Origin

Colombia Organic is coming from a new Nespresso cluster from the Tolima region, more precisely from the south region of Tolima in the Planadas, surrounded by mountains. The Planadas region is known for its high-quality coffee. The coffee quality is a result from the optimal mix of weather conditions, terroir and the soil.

Roasting

We roast this single origin coffee using the split roast technique. The first part is lighter and has the majority of the coffee. The second part is smaller in volume but it is roasted to a darker degree to add complexity intensity to the final product.
